How do I cancel or return an item?

Any part purchased from Tulip City Wheels can be returned for refund or exchange for any reason within 14 days after you receive the goods, provided that the product has not been installed or damaged. The part must be unused, in its original resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We will waive restocking and shipping fees if your return is the result of an error by Tulip City Wheels.

NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization number). Please Click Here to Contact Us for an RA number.

Cancellation can usually made immediately after purchase. If the order has already been processed and shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and you should follow our return procedures to return the products.
